How does reflection fit in with Personal Development Planning?

Reflective Practice is a core part of Personal Development Planning (PDP) which links to improving your employability skills and managing your career progression. It will also help prepare you for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the future.

PDP is essentially about:

'CV tip here!'These two elements are crucial for 'self-representation' - explaining who you are to others, e.g. in a CV, personal statement, interview, business plan - conveying clearly where you have come from and where you want to go.

Support materials are available within the Review and relection section on the NUPAD website.
